Man Capital is a majority shareholder in FC Nordsjælland, the Danish men’s and women’s football club that joined the Right To Dream community in 2015.
The men’s team regularly challenges for trophies at the top of the Danish super league. FCN was the first club in the world to sign with Common Goal, the pledge-based charitable movement that is addressing social challenges through football. The club has launched a professional women’s football team, along with a girl’s academy. The club has long emphasised youth within its ethos and has been recognised for frequently having the youngest men’s team in Europe.
